2BXF Series of Wheat Planter
2BXF series integral fertilizer drills are especially designed for farmers of private farms and large state-owned farms. They are suitable for use in large and medium tracts. The drill is attached to a tractor higher than 36kw in power, and can sow seeds and apply fertilizer in the same travel. The drill is mainly used for sowing wheat and grain. With row spacing adjusted, it can also sow sorghum and soybean. This drill adopts the double-disc, double-row-bearing openers, which are notable for low penetration resistance while high strength. The seeding unit and fertilizingunit adopt externally fluted rollers made of iron. The seed box and fertilizer box with large capacity are suitable for use in large tracts. The power transmission is through chain and sprocket, featuring high reliability, easy adjustment, and quick maintenance.
The machine can complete test flight, seeding, soil covering and other operations at the same time. This machine can sow wheat and other crops. Sowing depth, row spacing can be adjusted according to agricultural technical requirements.
The main material of the machine frame is 100*100*8 square tube, with good steel and strength. The ditcher adopts double disc and double bearing ditcher, which has the characteristics of low working resistance, good penetrating performance and good passing performance. Wide furrow width, especially suitable for spring sowing wheat. The seed arrangement machine adopts the groove wheel type cast iron fertilizer wheel with high precision.
